Option 1: Deliver items to landfill yourself during this time.
Option 2: Leave items on curbside for pick up.
This option is only available from Tuesday, October 3rd until Friday, October 6th. You must contact the Town Hall at 807-868-2020 x0 to notify the pick-up location.
- No tipping fees will be charged during this week.
- All items must be separated, bundled, and sitting at your lot line (ie. metal with metal, wood with wood).
- Derelict vehicles and tires are not picked up by the Township.
- Tipping fee exemption does not apply to the disposal of derelict buildings or commercial operations.
- Refrigerators and freezers will be picked up only if freon has been removed and the appliances have been tagged by a qualified person.
The “RECYCLE YOUR ELECTRONICS” bin is still available at the landfill site for any electronics you may wish to drop off.
