Strategic Plan Online Survey

Council of the Township of Hornepayne is seeking feedback from residents and local stakeholders to assist in the preparation of a Strategic Plan Refresh (Term of Council Update). The Township has retained a consultant with expertise in municipal strategic planning. We value your input, and we hope that you will take a few minutes to provide us with your feedback. All individual responses will be kept confidential by the consulting team and no personal information will be collected.

The survey should take about 5 minutes or less to complete.
